Villa Huerta by Palma Coliving is similar to a country house with the uniqueness of being in the urban area of Valencia. Our coliving is located in La Huerta, a unique neighborhood near the beach. This premium location allows you to work from a chill place surrounded by nature while having Valencia City nearby. You will find cool coffee shops, nice restaurants, gyms, yoga studios, supermarkets, and everything you may need. Also: the metro station is just 5 minutes away by bike.

House rules- Palma Coliving is only dedicated to remote workers (adults only), so we can't accept your request in case you're only looking for a holiday place. - To respect the other guests in the coliving we kindly ask our guests to limit the noise after 10 PM: we are a place for conscious people, not a party place. - We are more a coliving and less a Hotel: everyone is responsible for keeping their new Home tidy & clean even if we offer a weekly cleaning service :-) - We love pets but most of the time we can't accept them for hygienic reasons. In case you can't find a solution to travel without: contact us first as we may have 1 special room type for them! - All our prices are for 1 person: in case you would like to invite an extra guest please let us know, and we will apply an extra booking fee. - At Palma coliving, the selection process is what makes us unique to match the best community: once you have confirmed your booking, we will send you an automatic email with our quick application form to get to know you better: please complete it ASAP ;-) - Once you arrive, we will ask for an additional damages & repairs deposit (150€) that will be fully refunded if nothing is wrong once you checkout. - You must confirm a full payment in advance to block your room due to our limited seats and a high number of requests. For any cancellation: 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
